This course is designed for students who wish to improve they’re figurative skills and portfolio work for college,
A typical day begins with an hour of instruction followed by 3 hours of live drawing from a nude model. starting with quick sketches and into finished work. A strong emphasis will be placed on anatomy, structure, proportion, volume and gesture. The accurate and expressive use of line and tone are also addressed to provide a focus for increasing students skill. Two instructors will be present at all times, helping to guide and answer any questions students may have. Materials will include charcoal chalk and pencils, and a variety of paper. Price includes materials and model fees. *Note: Students will be drawing from a nude adult model. Signed permission from a parent or guardian is required. |
